It is, in my opinion, difficult for photographers to garner much recognition for their work when it appears in campaigns. Not least in fashion where the input of several creatives is required to create a successful job. Unless the photographer’s reputation is enough to carry weight on its own, the praise he deserves can be so easily overlooked. And this is why there aren’t many smiley photographers in the world.
This identity and promotional images were created to provide Drew with material that focuses on his photography whilst providing a route back to him and his portfolio. The pieces are intentionally weighted towards Drew's identity and contact details whilst allowing for copy space to feature the subject or designer. The work follows my initial identity work in establishing a logo and look-and-feel which he can carry forward to promote his work on future campaigns.
